These General conditions expressly regulate the relationships arising between Unique Roberto Silvosa S.L .Calle Letonia , nave 24. Pol. Ind San Pedro de Alcántara 29670 Marbellla, and with CIF B-93379204 (hereinafter “Unique by Roberto Silvosa”) and third parties (hereinafter “Users”) who register as users and / or purchase products through the online store of the Official website of Unique by Roberto Silvosa http://uniquerobertosilvosa.com/ hereinafter the “Store”).
 
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
UNIQUE BY ROBERTO SILVOSA reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store UNIQUE BY ROBERTO SILVOSA, may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, UNIQUE BY ROBERTO SILVOSA reserves the right to stop, at any time and without prior notice, to providing or facilitating access to any of the different products or classes of product, offered in the Store.
 
The products available in the Store will closely match the displayed products to the best extent allowed by the web display technology. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros including VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to harm or negatively influence their goodwill. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all applicable laws of the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.
The sale of alcoholic beverages of any strength to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited
 
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, UNIQUE BY ROBERTO SILVOSA will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. That email will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and details of the different options for making payment for the Products.
The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store
UNIQUE BY ROBERTO SILVOSA, will file the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of the municipality of Marbella, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address that the User indicates once payment has been verified, the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.
The Unique by Roberto Silvosa delivery service is carried out with its own distribution. Orders will not be served in PO Boxes. The cost of shipments is not included in the price of the Products. When buying at www.uniquerobertosilvosa.com the shipping costs are defined by postal code.
This means that by entering the postal code in the shipping address, the system automatically generates the shipping costs for the desired area. At the time of purchasing the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
 
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Flowers are live and perishable products, therefore, Unique by Roberto Silvosa, S.L. will do its best to ensure its products reach their destination in perfect condition. However, if due to transport or the effect of heat during shipment, they do not arrive alive or in perfect condition, a claim can be made by the customer with the right to replacement in the next delivery shift in the delivery area. No refunds will be made for this reason, as it is understood that they are produced for reasons beyond our volition and control.  The claim period for flowers in poor condition is 48 hours after delivery. The purchase money can only be returned to customers in the event that the products delivered do not correspond to the order placed, or that the delivery has been made in a location other than that reflected in the order form, in which case, and after verification, as a result of these facts the buyer will be credited the price paid for the product or it will be replaced, by mutual agreement, with another product with the same characteristics and in perfect condition. The pots and vases shown in the store are for reference only. Floral products that are accompanied by flowerpots and vases, may be delivered in slight different containers than shown. For reasons of stock, this type of products may suffer variations in designs and colors.
